I offer private Aerial Yoga sessions at home in Hawkchurch near Axminster.
This is because the trapeze here has been installed by a professional and I know it's safe to use.
I only offer ONE TO ONE because Aerial Yoga is a therapeutic tool and each practice is adapted to the needs of the student. So we would always start with an introductory session when we will have an opportunity to talk about what attracts you to this practice, your health, your needs and your goals; I can show you a few moves on the trapeze and you can have a go.
If we feel that Aerial Yoga might be good for you, then we can book a course of 4, 5, 8 or 10 sessions.
First taster class £20, then £40 per class but block is recommended.
This guarantees you one class per week and you are welcome to miss one per month to reschedule at the end.
