I am really excited to have been asked to teach Yoga at the wonderful and newly opened Old Park Hall in Axminster. Not only it is a cool and cosy boutique B&B, but it also has a relaxed Yoga studio looking out onto the Devon countryside.

The first class will be Sweat, Stretch and Surrender on Sunday 20th March 10 - 12.
We will start with some breathing and mindfulness, move onto a dynamic and sweaty standing sequence, followed by a much slower and more restorative sitting practice, and end with a long savasana to enjoy the stillness of body and mind.
