I’m an integrative psychotherapist working with adults, couples and teenagers. And a supervisor to other therapists.
I am also a Breathwork and Mindfulness Coach, and a Yoga Teacher.
About Me
When life feels overwhelming, stuck or uncertain, it can be hard to know where to turn or how to move forward.
People usually come to me when something isn’t working anymore — a relationship feels stuck, anxiety is taking over, family life feels overwhelming, or there’s a sense of having lost your footing. Sometimes there’s a clear issue; sometimes it’s harder to name, just a quiet (or not so quiet) feeling that things can’t carry on as they are.
Often, people arrive feeling confused, stuck, or alone with what they’re carrying — unsure how to make sense of it, or where to begin.
I offer a warm, steady space where you can slow down, think clearly, and talk honestly — without judgement or pressure to “fix” yourself - where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out. You can take your time, be unsure, and begin exactly where you are.
Together, we make sense of what’s happening, understand the patterns underneath it, and find practical, sustainable ways forward.
My style is relational, grounded and straightforward. I won’t sit silently or hide behind jargon — we work collaboratively, at your pace: I’ll think with you, notice patterns, and gently challenge where needed, always with care and respect.
I pay attention not only to what you say, but to what might be harder to put into words — what’s felt but not yet fully understood. Often, it’s in these quieter, less obvious places that something begins to shift.
Alongside psychotherapy, I’m trained in mindfulness, breathwork and yoga. When helpful, I integrate these into our work to support nervous system regulation and resilience. Therapy doesn’t just happen in the mind — it happens in the body too.
Areas I often work with:
couples and relationship difficulties
family and parenting dynamics
anxiety, stress, low mood and emotional overwhelm
ADHD and neurodiversity
grief, loss and health-related challenges
life transitions and identity shifts
corporate clients in private or through The Circle Line (sessions paid for by your employer)
Sessions are available in person, online or by phone.
If you’re looking for a therapist who is warm, thoughtful and down-to-earth — and who will actively walk alongside you while things change — you’re very welcome to get in touch.
What it’s like to work with me
Working together is a collaborative process. You don’t need to arrive with a clear story or the “right” words — we begin wherever you are.
Clients often say they feel able to slow down and think more clearly in our sessions. There’s space to speak freely, without being rushed, judged or pushed in a direction that doesn’t feel right.
At the same time, I’m not a passive listener. I stay engaged and present with you — noticing patterns, asking thoughtful questions, and gently challenging where it might help you move forward.
We pay attention not only to what’s happening in your life, but to how you experience it — emotionally, mentally and physically. This can help you understand yourself more deeply and respond differently, rather than repeating familiar patterns.
At times the work can feel challenging, especially when we begin to explore things that have been avoided or held for a long time. But it is always done at your pace, within a relationship that feels steady and supportive.
Over time, many people notice they feel:
more able to manage difficult emotions
clearer about what they need and want
more confident in relationships
less stuck in repeating patterns
more connected to themselves and others
