I am deeply passionate about the healing power of the breath.
Breathing is something we do all day, every day — yet most of us never learn how to use it well. When we change how we breathe, we change how we feel.
Simple, gentle breathing practices can quickly calm anxiety, reduce stress, improve sleep, support digestion, balance mood and energy, and help regulate the nervous system.
It’s one of the fastest and most accessible ways to feel better — naturally.
My approach is practical, science-based and easy to follow. You don’t need any experience, fitness or flexibility. It’s suitable for everyone, including children, and many people notice a difference from the very first session.
Most sessions are online, though we can also meet in person.
The aim is simple: to give you a lifelong self-care tool you can use anytime, anywhere.
I am a certified Breathing Coach, having trained with Lucas Rockwood at Yoga Teachers College, and I also interweave my experience and knowledge of breathing as a Yoga teacher and psychotherapist.
To begin, book a Discovery Session.
Discovery Session (40 minutes)
We breathe together, talk through your health and goals, and explore how you currently breathe.
You’ll leave with personalised guidance, simple techniques, and audio practices to use at home.
From there, you can choose the level of support that suits you.
Exploratory Programme (5 weeks)
A structured introduction to the science and practice of breathing.
You’ll learn:
how breathing affects the nervous system
how stress shows up in the body
energising, balancing and calming techniques
how to use breath for everyday life
Weekly 30–40 minute sessions
Audio practices + email support between sessions
This stage builds strong foundations and confidence.
Wellness Programme (5 weeks)
A more personalised, therapeutic phase.
Here we tailor everything to you — your health, emotions, lifestyle and what you want to shift or strengthen.
Whether you’re managing stress, recovering from illness, dealing with low energy, or simply wanting to feel more steady and resilient, we shape the practices around your needs.
By the end, you’ll feel equipped to regulate your own nervous system and use breathwork independently.

We walk side-by-side outdoors, practising gentle breathing techniques while talking through whatever is present for you.
Fresh air, movement and breath together can be incredibly grounding and restorative.
