About Yoga

Yoga, for me, is not about perfect poses or pushing your body. It’s about learning to listen.

To your breath.
To your body.
To what you need on that particular day.

When we slow down and pay attention, something shifts. We feel stronger, more flexible and more at ease — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too.

My classes are gentle, intelligent and responsive. They are designed to regulate the nervous system, build strength and mobility, and leave you feeling grounded, clear and restored.

Each session is different because each day is different.

I draw on a blend of dynamic movement, mindful breathing and restorative practices. Some classes are energising and strengthening; others are slower and deeply nourishing. Most include a mix of standing and seated postures, breathwork, and time for rest and stillness.

Whether you join a group or work with me one-to-one, the practice is always adapted to you — your body, your mood, your energy and your goals.

Yoga becomes less about “doing it right” and more about feeling at home in yourself.

Sweaty Flow
A steady, flowing practice to build strength, mobility and confidence. Expect movement, breath and a good reset for the day.
Fridays 8:15am

Slow Flow
Restorative, supported and deeply calming. Ideal for stress, fatigue or when you simply need to exhale.
Tuesdays 6:30pm

1-to-1 sessions
Personalised sessions tailored to your body, injuries, goals or life circumstances. These can also integrate breathwork and mindfulness.
