I bring over 25 years of experience working across a wide range of settings, supporting individuals, couples, and families through complex and often life-changing experiences.

Currently I work in private practice and with corporate clients through The Circle Line (sessions provided by your employers). I also work with two charities: Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support and 2wish (supporting families affected by sudden death in young people)

My work has included:

  • University counselling services, including Goldsmiths, University of London

  • NHS hospital settings, including King’s College Hospital, working with inpatients and outpatients recovering from life-changing illness and injury

  • Charitable organisations, supporting individuals and families facing illness, trauma, loss, and bereavement

  • Primary and secondary schools, offering therapeutic support to children and young people

  • Adoption services, working with parents and children navigating attachment, loss, and identity

  • Specialist multidisciplinary teams supporting fertility, pregnancy, and early parenthood, including IVF, infertility, miscarriage, and stillbirth

  • 5 years of in-depth clinical training including personal therapy

  • Additional two-year training in working with children and adolescents

  • Specialist training in couples counselling with Dr Alexandra Solomon (Relational Self-Awareness), currently completing further certification

  • Ongoing CPD in ADHD and neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, trauma, cancer and health-related issues

My therapeutic work is enriched by nearly two decades of embodied practices.

  • Continued study with Adam Stern, Wim Hof, Rebecca Coales and other leading teachers

  • Further training across multiple styles

  • Specialist training in pregnancy, postnatal and family yoga with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli
