7 pm Restorative Flow
at Woodbury Hall, Woodbury Lane, just off the Lyme Road in Axminster
Feel and look fabulous: a restorative flow practice suitable for beginners to soothe and stretch muscles, build deep suppleness and strength, and to chill out and relax. This is a nurturing evening class where we move more slowly and hold postures for longer. We end with a nourishing relaxation to get ready for a restful sleep. This class is suitable for everyone including pregnant women and new mums.
9.15 am Dynamic Flow at The Guildhall in Axminster
This is a faster paced class suitable for anyone who has done Yoga before or has a good level of fitness. We mix a dynamic standing sequence to build some heat and maybe a bit of sweat to then go onto the mat for deeper stretches, core work and relaxation.

FRIDAY starting soon
2 pm Dynamic Flow (booking essential)
This is a new class that will evolve with the needs of the students who join in. It will always be light and fun and suitable for anyone. We will go with the flow of the group, deciding on the day what we want to work on thus making the practice more or less dynamic, challenging, soothing, etc as we prefer. In the first two weeks we have worked particularly on the core to help with lower back pain and on gratitude. If you are a complete beginner, please get in touch before.
Duration: approximately 75 minutes long unless otherwise stated
Cost: first class is FREE (booking essential), then block payment at the beginning of the month (£8 x classes = £32 if there are 4 weeks of the same class or £40 if there are 5 ) or £27 per month direct debit spread over 12 months (£7.5 per class)/ drop in £8.50
PRIVATE YOGA - either at your location or in Hawkchurch, near Axminster
One to one: £40-50 per session at your location or £30-40 in mine.
Small group: £8 - £12 pp depending on location and how many people attend.

YOGA AND GUT HEALTH WORKSHOP WITH LUNCH
Sunday 7th October, 10 am – 4.30 pm
A day to ease yourself into Autumn
with the intention of making time to nurture and heal yourself from within.
YOGA 10 am – 12.30 pm with Barbara £25
A soothing gentle practice which will focus on stretching and nurturing the core, hips and lower back
to explore ways to improve your digestion and immune system, feel more energised, happier and healhier. We will be in a lovely room with an open fire and wooden floors.
LUNCH 12.30 – 2 pm with Tiffany £15
A scrumptious and nourishing home made meal
with organic ingredients and a probiotic and prebiotic theme.
FERMENTING WORKSHOP 2 pm – 4 pm with Tiffany £35
An opportunity to explore the importance of fermented food for gut healthy and vitality.
We will make kefir, as well as a healthy probiotic fizzy pop and sauerkraut,
which you will then be able to take home with you.
CAKE AND TEA 4 pm – 4.30 pm
A wind down to reflect on the day and enjoy a treat.
The day will be held in a lovely home within the stunning countryside near Uplyme.
You can join each individual session (as individually priced) or all three for £70.

Lazy like a Sunday Morning: Yoga for a Healthy Back and Hips
Sunday 13th May 10 am – 12.30 pm
A chilled out Sunday practice to focus on creating a healthy back and posture by working on deep core integration. We will explore some often overlooked muscles which stabilise the hips and lower back, by doing plenty of strengthening and stretching in a relaxed and fun practice. You will realise that sometime you don't need to move much to build up a sweat! Our main focus will be on letting go of tension in order to create a sense of ease and release as we go deeper into postures, stretch our bodies and relax our minds, leaving us feeling taller and smiling.
Please bring a blanket to both slide on and to keep you warm.
All welcome. Suitable for pregnant women.

Easy Like A Sunday Morning (Restorative Yoga - suitable for all)
Come and join us for a truly relaxing and nurturing practice in a beautiful studio to start your Sunday in style. We start with Mindfulness of breath and slow movements to warm the body and ease us into a restorative practice when we hold postures for longer with the support of bolsters and blocks to release tension and stress and feel completely stretched, nourished and soft. A really heart warming and soothing practice which will inspire you to have a really chilled out Sunday.
10 am - 12.30 pm / £20
Bliss Out- Yoga by Candlelight (Restorative Yoga - suitable for all)
This is a truly relaxing and nurturing practice in a beautiful studio with the fire burning and candles on. We start with Mindfulness of breath and slow movements to warm the body and ease us into a restorative practice when we hold postures for longer with the support of bolsters and blocks to release tension and stress and feel completely stretched, nourished and soft. A really heart warming and soothing practice.

Sweat, Stretch and Surrender (Dynamic + Restorative Yoga)
This is an energising and warming practice to put us in a happy mood and make us feel strong balanced and relaxed. We start with Mindfulness of breath and then delve right into a dynamic standing sequence to work on strength and balance. We follow with a restorative and nurturing seated sequence which instead focuses on stretching, opening and softening the body.
At the end, you will feel that you have had a good workout as well as nourishing and relaxing practice. This is suitable for beginners who are quite healthy and fit or anyone who has done Yoga before
9.30 - 11.30 am / £15 - normally a Sunday of month -
